Mold Manufacturing with End-to-End Support from Design to FinishingThe company provides comprehensive services, from design to manufacturing, for molds used in various industries, including automotive rubber molds and food-related applications. Its key strength lies in high-quality manufacturing that combines cutting-edge equipment such as the latest 3D CAD/CAM systems, machining centers, electrical discharge machines (EDM), wire EDM machines, and NC lathes, with the hand-finishing skills of skilled craftsmen in processes such as welding, assembly, lapping, and polishing.
Through proprietary design and machining expertise, the company has earned a reputation for producing rubber molding dies with minimal burrs, which significantly impact product quality. The company also excels at designing and machining complex three-dimensional shapes that other companies find difficult to produce.
Applying the expertise we’ve cultivated in mold manufacturing, to a wide range of fieldsBy adapting the expertise cultivated in mold manufacturing, the company handles a wide variety of precision parts machining, ranging from small components requiring micron-level precision to machined and EDM-processed parts, sheet metal and welded assemblies, and large-scale industrial equipment.
In addition, leveraging its 3D machining technology, the company produces “photo reliefs”, a process that creates three-dimensional reliefs on metal plates based on photographs. It receives a wide range of commissions from professional sports organizations, corporations, individuals, and so on.
Going Beyond Core Business to Take on the Challenge of Developing New ProductsIn July 2022, the company launched “asobient,” an outdoor garage brand that utilizes its metalworking technology and experience, and began planning, manufacturing, and selling original products that appeal to everyone from children to adults.
Going beyond contract manufacturing of molds and precision parts, the company is expanding its domain into product development that leverages its own technology and experience, while pursuing new possibilities as a manufacturing company.
Conveying the Technology and Appeal of Manufacturing to SocietyThe company values not only creating products, but also sharing the appeal of the craftsmanship and the joy of the work itself. Since February 2022, the company has also been involved in “h-Junk Factory’s Craft Radio,” a radio program on Hiroshima FM that highlights the appeal and depth of the work done by engineers and creators.
It is a company that aims to expand the possibilities of Japanese craftsmanship through product development and public outreach.
