We are thrilled to announce that EARTH Hiroshima’s “Re:ORIZURU” recycled origami paper series’ new product, “Re:ORIZURU FANO,” has been honored with the Encouragement Award in the Product category at the 18th Hiroshima Good Design Awards!

Out of 120 entries from 92 companies, 14 products were selected to receive the Encouragement Award in the Product category.

－ A unique and playful fan crafted from recycled origami paper adorned with artwork by individuals with disabilities － About “Re:ORIZURU FANO”

＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝

Born from the “recycled origami paper” made from origami cranes sent to Hiroshima’s Peace Memorial Park from all over the world, this is an eco-friendly and ethical fan. Designs and patterns created from the artwork and everyday expressions of individuals with disabilities were designed by the art department of Hiroshima City University.

• Date & Time: November 9, 2023 (Thursday), after the award ceremony until 19:00 November 10, 2023 (Friday), 10:30-18:30
• Location: Hiroshima Underground City Kamiya-cho Shareo Central Plaza
