At the museum shop “339” of the Hiroshima City Museum of Contemporary Art,
EARTH Hiroshima products are on sale for a limited time from July 21, 2023 (Fri) to October 15, 2023 (Sun)!
This sale coincides with the “Alfredo Jaar Exhibition”, commemorating the 11th Hiroshima Award held during the same period.
EARTH Hiroshima products, filled with wishes for peace, are being featured due to their high affinity with the Hiroshima Award during this period.

The 11th Hiroshima Award, for which Alfredo Jaar was selected as the recipient, was established by Hiroshima City, the world’s first city to experience atomic bombing, with the aim of conveying the “Heart of Hiroshima”, a desire for world peace and human prosperity, through art.
Recently, we also attended a viewing of the “Alfredo Jaar Exhibition”.
Alfredo Jaar is an artist who has confronted historical events and tragedies that occurred around the world, as well as inequalities, with a journalistic perspective, conveying social, political, and humanitarian issues to people.
His art, which is not merely to be “viewed” but felt with all five senses, deeply resonated with us. At times, we felt the profoundness of art that perhaps communicates more directly to the human heart without words.
